Organizational Structure
The activities of our organization are divided among various entities that fall under the umbrella of Holding Moore DRV B.V., which is led by the Executive Board. The quality of audit & assurance, SME accounting & advising, and tax procedures is the independent responsibility of the policy and quality officers within the Executive Board. Together with the heads of the technical departments, the compliance officer, and the quality manager, these officers form the “quality house” of the holding.
The Executive Board has allocated tasks to the service line leaders and the heads of specialized services.
