We collect personal data through our website and use cookies. We respect the privacy of visitors to our website and consider the careful handling of your data to be of the utmost importance. We will not supply your personal data to other parties unless this is necessary in order to implement the agreement or comply with a legal obligation.



We take appropriate security measures to curb abuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data. We ensure that only necessary personnel have access to your data, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are regularly monitored.



We publish a newsletter to keep recipients up to date with news in our areas of expertise, such as accountancy, tax, corporate finance and grants. If you purchase particular products or services from us, we may also inform you about related products or services, unless you ask us not to. Your email address will only be added to the subscriber list with your explicit consent. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.



Spotler uses Zapier to connect certain apps or services with our e-mail marketing software, Spotler. We connect Google Ads Lead Forms, Facebook Lead Ads and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms with Spotler via Zapier. The data you enter via these apps or services can be sent to Spotler via Zapier. The data will only be used for the purpose of the connection and will be stored for a few days for possible error handling. After a few days the data will be automatically and continuously deleted. We use Zapier to process newsletter registrations and registrations for events and to make whitepapers and other content available to people who have requested this content. Visit Zapier’s privacy policy. By using Zapier, Moore DRV has agreed to Zapier’s Terms of Service, which includes a provision to ensure compliance with the GDPR.


Service desk

You can call, email and chat with us on our website. In order to be able to help you swiftly with any questions you may have, we store your (contact) details and make notes. Useful if you call, email or send us a message again. Information about the call and mail with you is recorded and a chat conversation is also saved. In this way you help us analyse and improve our services.


Permission for the use of visual material

If you participate in or are present at events of Moore DRV or in which Moore DRV is involved as a participant or sponsor, you may be recorded in footage to promote the event. By signing this statement, you consent to these images being used for internal and external communications via the website and other online and offline communication channels of DRV.
