Power BI is a service that connects you to one or more data sources, such as your accounting, payroll administration, sales system, etc. The data are retrieved from the application into a data warehouse, where they are structured and then visualised in a dashboard. Moore DRV offers a high-quality standard dashboard, giving you the right insights into your data. Our accountants are explicitly involved in the development of the dashboard. The benefit? This ensures that the ratios or KPIs in your dashboard are the right ones in order to make informed decisions for your business. We are also very good at assessing what information is needed to meet the expectations of your stakeholders.

What do we offer?

We offer a standard dashboard based on your financial and operational data, at a fixed price per month. The collaboration between our accountants, IT consultants and data analysts gives you access to a well-organised dashboard containing the financial ratios you actually need as a business owner.

We link your administrations to the Power BI dashboard. We then provide a personal onboarding of everyone involved within your organisation. Aftercare is provided in the following month, and there is always room for low-threshold contact for questions or support. We do not charge a one-off set-up fee unless changes are needed to your administrations, but this is always by mutual agreement.

You do not need any knowledge of data and technology in your organisation. Are you satisfied with the standard dashboard, but want some additional information added based on your own KPIs? If so, we will be happy to have a look with you to see if we can add it to the standard dashboard. This way, you can continue to be flexible at all times!

• Optional package – Set-up and guidance
  For organisations wanting more support during the trial period, we offer an optional package. This package includes:
• Check of administrations set-up
  A quick scan of your current administrations to check that everything is set up correctly for optimal links.
• End-user explanation and training
  An online training where we explain to your team step by step how to use the dashboard effectively.

• Delivery after the trial period
  If you decide to continue with our dashboard after the trial period, we will ensure smooth delivery. If necessary, we will further set up your administrations for optimal use of the dashboard.
• Onboarding and aftercare
  We provide onboarding for all involved at your office or online. As part of the onboarding, we explain how the dashboard works and provide reference material for your team to refer back to. In the second month after delivery, our consultants will contact you to hear how things are going and if there is anything else we can help you with.
• Service and support
  If you run into problems during use or have specific questions, You can always contact our service team. We are ready to support you.
