Trade fairs and meetings

You will regularly come across Moore DRV at various exhibitions and meetings across the southwest of the Netherlands. We do this because we want to remain close to business owners in the real economy. We are accessible and visible outside of our own offices as well. Our participation in trade fairs

Each year, Moore DRV is a knowledge partner of in Zeeland. Not only do we attend the trade fair with our large stand – we also provide knowledge sessions on various topics. Every February, we also have a stand at Horticontact, the largest horticultural trade fair in the Netherlands. There are two reasons why we participate in trade fairs. First of all, we want to network with our existing business relations. That is why we invite clients and other business relations to join us for a drink at our stand. We also like to come into contact with potential new clients. We talk to business owners about their businesses and the issues they encounter while doing business in the real economy. What are the pitfalls? Which decisions do they make? How do they set the right goals? This can lead to a meeting after the trade fair.

An additional reason for participating in trade fairs is to get to know potential new colleagues. Through our participation, we hope to trigger professionals to consider Moore DRV as an employer – not only members of the board and partners do this, but young professionals as well. Based on their own experiences, they talk about their job and why Moore DRV is an attractive employer.

Knowledge meetings, conferences and speakers

Moore DRV is a knowledge organisation that employs many advisors, each of whom has their own expertise. Our advisors’ knowledge is shared during self-organised meetings such as the Moore DRV Uurtje Wijzer (one-hour seminar) at our branches. We also bring in speakers to give sessions at external conferences and meetings. They can talk about business transfers, improving business performance, employment law, GDPR and many other financial related topics.

Application for participation in trade fairs, meetings and speakers

Are you organising an interesting trade fair or meeting that you would like us to participate in? Or do you want to hire one of our advisors as a speaker? Send a proposal to The proposal should contain a description of the trade fair or meeting, why Moore DRV would be a suitable participant or why one of our advisors would be an interesting speaker, what is expected of Moore DRV and what the considerations would be. We are also very interested in information about the other participants and the target group of the trade fair or meeting. Based on the application, we will assess whether the project qualifies and whether we can offer support or participation.

Examples of trade fair participations

On 5, 6 and 7 November 2019, the 33rd edition of was held. As a knowledge partner, we once again shared our knowledge with you. We did this in a personal way, with one-to-one consultations on five current issues. From 18 to 20 February 2020, Moore DRV once again prominently featured at HortiContact at Evenementenhal Gorinchem. For three days, business owners from the horticultural sector came together to share knowledge and ideas. With over 14,000 visitors, HortiContact can rightfully call itself the largest horticultural meeting point in the Netherlands.

Gastvrij Rotterdam

On 20, 21 and 22 September, our stand will feature prominently at the Dutch hospitality industry’s leading trade fair: Gastvrij Rotterdam. We will come together with all professionals in the hospitality industry to reflect on the past year, and more importantly, look to the future together, taste, exchange ideas and share knowledge. We invite you to join us for a nice gin and tonic at our stand (number 2400).


Moore DRV will once again attend at Europort at Rotterdam Ahoy from 2 to 5 November 2021. We enjoy sharing our knowledge at this major maritime trade fair. Our aim is to provide the right information and ideas to enable maritime businesses to make well-informed decisions – especially now that the maritime industry has changed considerably due to the pandemic. During the trade fair, we will be happy to explain the opportunities and risks. We would also like to give entrepreneurs in the shipping sector the opportunity to connect with our advisors and our large international Moore network, which operates in over 112 countries.
