As you may know, employers may qualify for subsidies when they hire staff who are distanced from the labour market. We would be happy to help you identify and benefit from subsidy opportunities. Using a software programme that we link to your payroll records, we can check whether you are eligible to receive a suitable subsidy for each new or existing employee. We do this based on a short questionnaire completed by the employee. Over the past year, we have identified and successfully requested subsidy opportunities on behalf of various employers.

Staff subsidies

The following summary shows four examples of subsidy opportunities that we can quickly identify and request:

  • Disabled employee (new): €6,000 per year
  • Jobs appointment and training incapacitated person: €2,000 per year
  • Older employee: €6,000 per year
  • Reassignment of disabled employee: €6,000 per year

 

Each year, Moore DRV receives more than €1,900,000 in wage cost subsidies in the real economy.

If you outsource your payroll administration to Moore DRV or you decide to work with Moore DRV in this area, this scan is a service that will help you investigate and identify subsidy opportunities. We will only charge the one-off application fee if you instruct us to submit an application on your behalf.

Arranging staff subsidies: how it works

  • We send all new employees a subsidy scan.
  • The employee completes the scan once they have received it.
  • We submit the forms to the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration and the UWV.
  • The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration specifies the amount of the subsidy and we share it with you.
  • The subsidy requested is paid.
  • We send you an invoice for a fixed fee for the subsidy application. If we do not find any subsidy opportunities and we do not submit any applications, you pay nothing.
  • The software continues to scan for new subsidies in the background. Once a new subsidy is found, the process is repeated.
