Living will for business owners

Your business will sets out your wishes for after your death. However, you may find yourself in a situation where you can no longer form your will independently due to an accident or illness, for example. A living will allows you to decide who will look after your interests from the moment you are no longer able to do this yourself. You can also use a living will to set out your medical wishes such as the point at which you no longer wish to receive medical treatment or who makes decisions regarding your treatment.
