Appointments

• Full online communication

You can communicate with us, but online only. You can email us, send WhatsApp messages and have a Team meeting scheduled on request. We only handle questions concerning your current administration. We do not give advice. We can give advice, but we charge a separate fee for that service. We always communicate our fees in advance.

• Scan all your invoices on time

You scan all your invoices before the end of the month in which the transaction took place so that we can process them. We always book payments for which the purchase invoice is missing into your current account/capital account. The current account/capital account is provided to you once a year so that you can provide the missing invoices. Tip: scan the invoice before making the payment.

• Bank link mandatory

A bank link is mandatory. We link the major banks Rabobank, ABN Amro, ING, BUNQ and KNAB as standard. If you are with another bank and you want to use Smart, please contact us.

• Standard number of invoices, upgrade possible

You can submit 110 invoices per year for your administration as standard. You can always submit more, but we charge a surcharge of €450 per 100 invoices. NB:if this limit is exceeded, these costs will be charged automatically.

• Standard number of bank movements, upgrade possible

We book 150 transactions from your bank account into the administration on an annual basis as standard. You can always submit more, but we charge a surcharge of €450 per 100 movements. NB:if this limit is exceeded, these costs will be charged automatically.

• No stock

We do not process stock into your administration. This means that your company does not process stock. If this is not the case, you are not eligible for this operating concept. Please refer to the Pro operating concept.

• Limited fixed assets

Your administration is limited in tangible fixed assets to a car and/or stock. If your company owns immovable property, you are not eligible for this operating concept. Please refer to the Pro operating concept.

• No provisions

We do not process provisions into your administration.
