Mick Korte

Mick Korte has been working at Moore DRV since early 2026 as an AI Consultant within the IT Consultancy & Analytics team. He holds a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation and previously spent several years at a consultancy specialising in AI adoption. There, he supported large organisations in implementing AI in the workplace and led AI software projects as the link between clients and development teams. He also trained groups ranging from several dozen to hundreds of employees. This experience showed him that successful AI adoption is rarely a technical issue; it mainly comes down to people, processes and feasibility.

At Moore DRV, Mick helps SME entrepreneurs apply AI in a practical and responsible way. This often starts with an AI baseline assessment: a hands-on analysis that identifies opportunities within your organisation and what is needed to realise them. He also delivers training sessions and inspiration workshops for teams and supports the implementation of specific solutions, from creating quotations more efficiently to automating recurring administrative tasks.

Mick takes a pragmatic view of what AI can and cannot do. He avoids complex technical explanations and focuses on practical application: which processes currently take up unnecessary time, and what value you gain by using the right tools.

In short, Mick is an experienced adviser who makes AI workable for businesses in the real economy.
