Jenny Roest - Slooter

Jenny Roest – Slooter has been working at Moore DRV as a Senior Manager Tax since 2022. She leads the general tax department and shares responsibility for the estate planning team in the Westland region. Jenny graduated in 2004 from Utrecht University with degrees in Notarial Law and Tax Law. She also completed a specialist programme in Estate Planning. Over the course of her career, she has developed into an all-round tax adviser, with a strong focus on estate planning.

Jenny supports entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals with a wide range of estate planning and private wealth matters. She advises on topics such as marriage, cohabitation, wills and living wills, gifting and inheritance. She also helps entrepreneurs gain insight into their financial future, for example in relation to pensions, wealth transfer and the tax implications of death.
On the business side, Jenny advises on succession planning, shareholder structures and safeguarding business continuity. She also supports clients in setting up plans for transferring wealth to the next generation or establishing a (public benefit) foundation.
