Moore DRV and Moore MKW
take next step towards merger

Moore DRV and Moore MKW are requesting approval from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) to merge their organizations. This is the result of the preliminary assessment both firms announced earlier this year. Subject to approval by the ACM, the merger will result in the creation of a major national organization, employing more than 2,500 people across more than 40 locations across the Netherlands.

Both organizations have enjoyed a long-standing strategic collaboration. In recent years, they have each independently experienced significant growth. Throughout this development, their strong regional presence and local entrepreneurial spirit have been carefully preserved. The future organization will be founded on these qualities, enabling the company to maintain its strategic focus on service quality, customer needs, and employee well-being and engagement.
